ISGlobal is seeking a motivated Scientific Data Manager for federated analyses at the Department of Genetics, UMC Groningen, The Netherlands, to work on the ATHLETE (Advancing Tools for Human Early Lifecourse Exposome Research and Translation) project. Funded by the European Union’s Horizon research and innovation programme, the project aims to implement the exposome in birth cohorts to study environmental risk factors affecting health outcomes during the first two decades of life.
The Scientific Data Manager will develop DataSHIELD-based federated analysis tools, assist scientists in using these tools, and contribute to the project's goals regarding FAIR data use. Responsibilities may include onboarding activities, data infrastructure migration and maintenance, and advising on tool development and infrastructure use.
