ISGlobal is looking for a motivated Scientific Data Manager for federated analyses at the Department of Genetics, UMC Groningen, The Netherlands to work on the ATHLETE (Advancing Tools for Human Early Lifecourse Exposome Research and Translation) project. The ATHLETE project has received funding from the European Union’s Horizon research and innovation programme and aims to implement the exposome in birth cohorts in order to study the effects of a wide range of community-level and individual-level environmental risk factors on mental, cardiometabolic, and respiratory health outcomes and associated biological pathways during the first 2 decades of life. The Scientific Data Manager will work on the development of DataSHIELD-based federated analysis tools for specific scientific research topics, assist scientists in using these tools, and contribute to the goals of the project in terms of FAIR data use. The Scientific Data Manager may be involved in onboarding activities, assist in migration and maintenance of data infrastructures, and advise in the general development of tools and use of infrastructure.
