SCIB Global Cash Management is looking for a Front Office Senior Product Owner, within our Global Transactional Banking Business, based in our HQ office in Boadilla del Monte, Madrid.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

As a VP of Global Cash Management, you will be performing the role of Front office Senior Product Owner.

We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:

Product Strategy and Evolution:

• Analyze and interpret key indicators (clients, market, regulation) to create innovative and highly functional products for various client segments served by GTB Cash.
• Collaborate directly with clients and client origination teams to understand challenges across geographies, aggregating needs to develop global solutions.
• Centralize ideas into coherent business and product strategies.

Product Design:

• Lead Cash product design and innovation, leveraging market knowledge and trends.
• Consider technology, innovation, and market trends to create new products for existing and prospective clients.
• Experience with APIs, Blockchain/Digital Assets, AI, platform-based products, Treasury Management Systems (SAP, Oracle, Kyriba) is a major plus.
• Experience with payments regulation and capital treatment is desirable.

Product Execution / Delivery:

• Lead end-to-end new product delivery, including ideation, business case, strategy, funding, execution, and go-to-market strategies involving multiple teams and stakeholders.

Product Measurement and Performance:

• Manage KPIs and metrics, analyze data to guide product evolution and resource allocation.

Origination & Collaboration:

• Collaborate with origination teams and other banking areas, build and prioritize product development pipelines, and support client engagement activities.

Experience:

• Product Owner / product management experience (years unspecified).
• Banking, finance, or technology experience essential.
• Experience with corporate and investment banking products is advantageous but not essential.
• Knowledge of platform business models and emerging technologies is a plus.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree required.

Skills & Knowledge:

• Management, analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.

Other Information:

• English fluency (C level or higher).
• Ability to travel.
