Purpose of the Role
The School Secretary plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient daily operations of the school. As the first point of contact for families, staff, and visitors, this role is central to delivering a warm, professional, and efficient front office experience. The secretary manages key administrative functions with care, accuracy, and discretion, supporting school-wide communications, student data systems, and event coordination.

Key Areas Of Responsibility- Front Office & Client Service
Serve as the first point of contact, ensuring a warm welcome.
Manage communications and maintain the reception area.
Administer visitor access and support school events.
- Student Information Systems & Records
Maintain student records, monitor attendance, generate reports, and assist with data updates.
- Academic Administration
Prepare academic certificates, support events, and handle documentation requests.
- School Resources & Materials
Manage stationery orders, deliveries, and maintain records.
- Uniforms, Lunches & Transport
Manage distributions, record payments, and liaise with providers.
- Administrative Support & Procurement
Support leadership with admin tasks and manage procurement processes.

Experience & SkillsQualifications include proficiency in English and Spanish, legal right to work in Spain, and proven administrative experience, preferably in education. Skills include strong communication, organization, discretion, and a team-oriented approach.
