to lead its overall operations. The school is part of a family-owned educational group with management ties to Spain.

As Principal, you will : Oversee the Administration, Admissions, Maintenance, and Infrastructure departments. Ensure smooth daily operations and contribute to the strategic development of the school.

We’re looking for : A degree in Business Administration or related field. 10+ years of professional experience, including at least 6 years in team management. Experience in the education sector in operational and / or commercial roles (non-academic) Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish. Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills. A service-oriented mindset and the ability to represent the school externally. A confident presence and hands-on leadership style will be key to success.

This position is based in Lima, Peru. Candidates must be willing to relocate and work on-site.
