Your Role:

As an SAP Transportation Management Business Process Architect, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of Life Sciences Distribution processes. Your primary responsibility will be to gather business requirements and design SAP TM systems that effectively support these processes. You will have the opportunity to leverage your deep understanding of business needs and the SAP ecosystem to deliver impactful solutions that drive efficiency and effectiveness. Strong communication skills in English will be essential, as you will need to convey requirements clearly to various stakeholders. You will partner with the Business Process Owner in the Life Sciences Sustain & Enhance Organization to define and align on business process objectives. Your expertise will guide the design and maintenance of efficient business processes while implementing the transportation network data within SAP TM. You will provide expert consultation for rollouts and implementation projects, ensuring that all requirements are met through meticulous planning and execution. Additionally, you will oversee business process management, driving continuous improvements across the process landscape. Your analytical skills will enable you to extract meaningful data insights that support informed decision-making. Finally, you will provide support during Go Live activities and post-implementation Hypercare assistance for SAP TM.

Who You Are:

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, IT, or engineering (or equivalent degree).
2. At least 3+ years of relevant experience in transportation and distribution operations, focusing on IT and systems implementation.
3. Proven experience with full-lifecycle SAP TM implementations, particularly in regional or central distribution environments.
4. Knowledge of SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) and its integration with SAP TM is a plus.
5. Experience in full lifecycle development, emphasizing incremental and iterative development and deployment.
6. Proficiency in SAP system design, configuration, customization, integration, testing, and support.
7. Familiarity with project management office tasks, including coordination, planning, and moderation.
8. Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and deliver high-quality results.
