Westernacher Consulting is seeking an accomplished SAP Transportation Management expert to lead end-to-end solution architectures in international projects. You will design scalable SAP TM architectures, translate business goals into robust solutions, and guide senior stakeholders through strategic options while mentoring consultants across multiple work streams.

The role emphasizes cross‑module expertise, pre‑sales involvement, and a blended on-site/hybrid delivery model.

Formación

• Minimum 9–10+ years of relevant experience in SAP Transportation Management.
• Proven track record in leading complex SAP transformation projects.
• Functional and/or technical proficiency with at least 4 full-cycle SAP implementations.
• Strong cross-module expertise to design robust end-to-end logistics solutions.
• Strong configuration and solution design skills with a holistic architectural mindset.
• Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills, including C‑level interaction.
• Experience across multiple industries with logistics/transportation context.
• Pre-sales and business development experience; SAP TM certifications are a plus.
• Experience with Public Cloud and SAP’s integration tools (Signavio, LeanIX, SAP Cloud ALM, WalkMe).
• Excellent English and Spanish communication.

You work on SAP consulting projects focused on logistics and transportation, designing and implementing solutions based on SAP Transportation Management. You take ownership of defined work streams and contribute to high‑quality, end‑to‑end SAP implementations in international project environments. You collaborate closely with customers and project teams to translate business needs into robust SAP solutions.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead the design of end-to-end SAP solution architectures based on SAP TM
• Translate business strategies and transformation goals into scalable, integrated SAP solution designs
• Own solution architecture decisions across projects, ensuring alignment with best practices, standards, and long-term roadmap
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, including C‑level executives, and guide them through solution options and trade-offs
• Lead and mentor consultants and developers, ensuring solution quality and consistency across work streams
• Support pre‑sales activities, including solution architecture design, estimations, and client presentations

Your Skills And Experience

• Minimum 9–10+ years of relevant experience in SAP Transportation Management
• Proven track record in leading complex SAP transformation projects
• Functional and/or technical proficiency with at least 4 full‑cycle SAP implementations

• Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills, including C‑level interaction
• Experience working across multiple industries with a good understanding of logistics and transportation processes
• Strong experience in pre‑sales and business development activities
• Strategic thinking combined with strong project and solution leadership capabilities
• SAP certifications in TM are an advantage
• Experience in Public Cloud is an advantage
• Experience with SAP’s integration and transformation toolchain, such as Signavio, LeanIX, SAP Cloud ALM, and WalkMe
• Strong commitment to knowledge sharing, mentoring, and building organizational capabilities
• Designs AI‑enabled SAP solutions conceptually (e.g. process automation, embedded AI, analytics)
• Evaluates AI use cases, risks, and governance with customers
