Westernacher Consulting seeks a seasoned SAP EWM consultant to lead end-to-end solution designs and architecture across international projects. You will translate business needs into robust SAP EWM solutions, guiding stakeholders and mentoring teams to deliver high-quality implementations.

Formación

• 9–10+ years of SAP EWM experience.
• Proven record leading complex SAP transformation projects.
• 4 full-cycle SAP implementations or more.
• Cross-module expertise for end-to-end logistics designs.
• Strong configuration and solution design skills.
• Excellent consulting and stakeholder management, including C-level.
• Multi-industry warehouse management experience.
• Pre-sales and business development experience.

You work on SAP consulting projects focused on warehouse management, designing and implementing solutions based on SAP EWM. You take ownership of defined work streams and contribute to high‑quality, end‑to‑end SAP implementations in international project environments. You collaborate closely with customers and project teams to translate business needs into robust SAP solutions.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead the design of end-to-end SAP solution architectures based on SAP EWM
• Translate business strategies and transformation goals into scalable, integrated SAP solution designs
• Own solution architecture decisions across projects, ensuring alignment with best practices, standards, and long‑term roadmap
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, including C‑level executives, and guide them through solution options and trade‑offs
• Lead and mentor consultants and developers, ensuring solution quality and consistency across work streams
• Support pre‑sales activities, including solution architecture design, estimations, and client presentations

Your Skills And Experience

• Minimum 9–10+ years of relevant experience in SAP EWM
• Proven track record in leading complex SAP transformation projects
• Functional and/or technical proficiency with at least 4 full‑cycle SAP implementations
• Strong cross‑module expertise to design robust end‑to‑end logistics solutions
• Strong configuration and solution design skills with a holistic architectural mindset
• Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills, including C‑level interaction
• Experience working across multiple industries with a good understanding of warehouse management processes
• Strong experience in pre‑sales and business development activities
• Strategic thinking combined with strong project and solution leadership capabilities
• SAP certifications in EWM are an advantage
• Experience in Public Cloud is an advantage
• Experience with SAP’s integration and transformation toolchain, such as Signavio, LeanIX, SAP Cloud ALM, and WalkMe
• Strong commitment to knowledge sharing, mentoring, and building organizational capabilities
• Designs AI‑enabled SAP solutions conceptually (e.g. process automation, embedded AI, analytics)
• Evaluates AI use cases, risks, and governance with customers

• Proven ability to deliver high‑quality results and support client outcomes
• Willingness to travel depending on project requirements
