Westernacher Consulting in Málaga seeks an experienced SAP PP/DS Architect to lead end-to-end production planning implementations across international projects. You will own design decisions, translate business goals into robust SAP solutions, and collaborate with customers and project teams to deliver high-quality results.

• 9–10+ years of experience in SAP PP/DS.
• Proven track record leading complex SAP transformation projects.
• 4+ full SAP implementations across functions and logistics.
• Strong cross-module knowledge for end-to-end logistics designs.
• Excellent English and Spanish communication; client-facing with C-level interaction.

You work on SAP consulting projects focused on production planning designing and implementing solutions based on SAP PP/DS. You take ownership of defined work streams and contribute to high‑quality, end‑to‑end SAP implementations in international project environments. You collaborate closely with customers and project teams to translate business needs into robust SAP solutions.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead the design of end-to-end SAP solution architectures based on SAP PP/DS
• Translate business strategies and transformation goals into scalable, integrated SAP solution designs
• Own solution architecture decisions across projects, ensuring alignment with best practices, standards, and long-term roadmap
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, including C‑level executives, and guide them through solution options and trade-offs
• Lead and mentor consultants and developers, ensuring solution quality and consistency across work streams
• Support pre-sales activities, including solution architecture design, estimations, and client presentations

Your Skills And Experience

• Minimum 9–10+ years of relevant experience in SAP PP/DS
• Proven track record in leading complex SAP transformation projects
• Functional and/or technical proficiency with at least 4 full-cycle SAP implementations
• Strong cross-module expertise to design robust end-to-end logistics solutions
• Strong configuration and solution design skills with a holistic architectural mindset
• Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills, including C‑level interaction
• Experience working across multiple industries with a good understanding of production planning processes
• Strong experience in pre‑sales and business development activities
• Strategic thinking combined with strong project and solution leadership capabilities
• SAP certifications in PP/DS are an advantage
• Experience in Public Cloud is an advantage
• Experience with SAP’s integration and transformation toolchain, such as Signavio, LeanIX, SAP Cloud ALM, and WalkMe
• Strong commitment to knowledge sharing, mentoring, and building organizational capabilities
• Designs AI-enabled SAP solutions conceptually (e.g. process automation, embedded AI, analytics)
• Evaluates AI use cases, risks, and governance with customers

• Proven ability to deliver high-quality results and support client outcomes
• Willingness to travel depending on project requirements
