Role :

Time Senior Solution Consultant

The SAP Time Solution Consultant is responsible for supporting and maintaining the time management system and customer service activities, including guidance and consultancy, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Responsibilities may focus on the SAP Time management system (PT) and/or customer service activities.

Key responsibilities include :

• Translating business requirements into technical specifications and design.
• Building, modifying, and supporting pay rules, accruals, and request management.
• Troubleshooting errors through pay rule analysis.
• Managing configuration migrations using PTM.
• Experience with SAP Time standard reports.

Qualifications :

• Experience in SAP HCM Time Management (PT) application implementation, support, or maintenance.
• Curiosity and motivation to learn new technologies.
• Strong interest in delivering high-quality HR support.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, changing environment while maintaining quality standards.
• Service-oriented with a client focus and accountability.
• Commitment to customers, team, and project success.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
