Role :

Time Senior Solution Consultant

The SAP Time Solution Consultant supports and maintains the time management system and provides customer service activities such as guidance and consultancy, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Responsibilities may focus on the SAP Time Management system (PT) and/or customer service.

Responsibilities include :

• Translating business requirements into technical specifications and design.
• Building, modifying, and supporting pay rules, accruals, and request management.
• Troubleshooting errors through pay rule analysis.
• Managing configuration migrations using PTM.
• Experience with SAP Time standard reports.

Qualifications :

• Experience in SAP HCM Time Management (PT) application implementation or support/maintenance.
• Curiosity and motivation to learn new technologies.
• Strong interest in delivering high-quality HR support.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards.
• Service-oriented with a client focus and sense of accountability.
• Commitment to customers, team, and projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
