rindus is seeking an accomplished Test Manager to lead SAP testing across S/4HANA migrations and enhancements from Málaga or remote. You will govern SIT, E2E and UAT cycles with partners and business teams, driving defect triage and cross-functional collaboration.

Ideal candidates have extensive testing leadership, ALM expertise, and SAFe/Agile accreditation, with strong communication and risk management skills for a multinational environment.

Formación

• 6–10+ years in testing/QA.
• 3+ years managing test cycles.
• SAP programmes experience (S/4 HANA, BW/Analytics, CPI/PO).
• Experience orchestrating SIT, E2E and UAT with partners and business teams.
• Strong defect triage leadership across cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of business value streams and integration points.
• Experience with POS, e-commerce, selling and logistics systems.
• ISTQB / TMMi and SAFe / Agile certification.

Responsabilidades

• Define and maintain a risk-based test approach across SAP implementations and migrations.
• Plan, schedule and run test cycles; enforce readiness criteria and sign-off checkpoints.
• Create, update and execute manual and automated test cases; manage defects.
• Coordinate cross-team testing with business SMEs and SI partners.
• Track KPIs and report progress to PMO and sponsors.
• Ensure data readiness and integrate non-functional testing (performance, security).
