Rindus, empresa de People, busca un/una Test Manager con experiencia en SAP para liderar la estrategia de pruebas de proyectos SAP y aseguramiento de calidad. Trabajarás con equipos distribuidos y clientes, definiendo enfoques basados en riesgo y supervisando pruebas SIT, E2E y UAT.

Formación

• Más de 6 años en testing / QA y 3+ años gestionando ciclos de prueba.
• Experiencia probada como Test Manager en programas SAP (S/4HANA, BW / Analytics, CPI / PO).
• Experiencia coordinando SIT, E2E y UAT con partners y equipos de negocio.
• Liderazgo en triage de defects y gestión de trazabilidad de requisitos.
• Conocimiento de flujos de valor (O2C, P2P, H2R, R2R) e integraciones API/middleware.

Responsabilidades

• Definir y mantener un enfoque de pruebas basado en riesgos para SAP (implementación, rollout, migración, mejoras y transformación).
• Hacer cumplir criterios de entrada/salida y Definition of Ready/Done, con sign-off de stakeholders.
• Construir y mantener la suite de pruebas cubriendo variantes de procesos, integraciones y no-funcionales.
• Asegurar trazabilidad desde requisitos de negocio hasta evidencia y decisiones de aceptación.
• Planificar, programar y ejecutar ciclos de prueba (SIT, E2E, UAT, pruebas no funcionales).
• Coordinar equipos de procesos y sistemas con business SMEs para ejecución y sign-off.
• Crear, actualizar y ejecutar casos de prueba manuales y automatizados.
• Consolidar estado de pruebas y escalar a nivel de programa técnico.
• Liderar la gestión de defects y triage, cubriendo severidad, ownership y SLA.
• Impulsar la resolución cruzando equipos para eliminar bloqueos.
• Hacer cumplir la estrategia de datos de pruebas e integrar pruebas no funcionales (rendimiento, seguridad, autorización).
• Trazabilidad de requerimientos y reporting a dirección.

About our partner

On behalf of our partner C&A, we are looking for the best talent to join rindus. C&A is a multinational retail clothing brand, with stores in all Europe. We are currently collaborating with their e-commerce division, with the headquarters in Düsseldorf (Germany), you will work in a distributed team from our office in Málaga (Spain) or from home.

Test Approach and Planning

• Define and maintain a risk-based test approach across SAP implementation, rollout, migration, enhancement and transformation activities.
• Enforce entry and exit criteria, Definition of Ready / Done, and sign-off checkpoints with the stakeholders.
• Build and maintain the test suite covering process variants, integrations, controls and non-functional aspects.
• Ensure traceability from business requirements through test scenarios and evidence to acceptance decisions.

Test Execution and Cycle Management

• Plan, schedule and run test cycles across:
• System Integration Testing (SIT)
• End-to-end Testing
• User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Non-functional Testing
• Coordinate process and system teams together with business SMEs for execution and formal sign-off.
• Create, update and execute manual and automated test cases.
• Consolidate test status and escalated at technical programme level.

Defect Management

• Lead defect management and triage, covering severity, ownership, SLA, root cause and retest.
• Drive cross-team resolution to closure and remove blockers impacting cycle progress.

Test Data and Non-functional Testing

• Enforce the test data strategy (synthetic versus masked production data, provisioning, refresh, privacy and compliance) and confirm data readiness per cycle.
• Integrate non-functional testing into the cycle plan: performance, security and authorisation, failover, batch and throughput, usability.

Planning, Reporting and Stakeholder Management

• Track test KPIs (coverage, pass rate, severity mix, MTTR, defect leakage) and enforce the reporting cadence towards PMO and sponsors.
• Align with Business Process Owners, Engineering Leadership and SI / partners on scope, readiness and sign-off.
• Surface quality risks with clear business impact and ensure the leadership has a transparent, decision ready view of testing progress.

What you'll bring

• 6–10+ years in testing / QA, including 3+ years managing test cycles.
• Proven Test Manager experience in SAP programmes (S/4HANA, BW / Analytics, CPI / PO).
• Proven experience orchestrating SIT, E2E and UAT with partners and business teams.
• Strong defect triage leadership across cross-functional teams.
• Deep understanding of business process value streams (O2C, P2P, H2R, R2R) and integration points (APIs, middleware, jobs).
• Strong command of test management and ALM tools and requirement traceability practices.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and risk reporting to senior leadership.
• Experience working with System Integrators and complex vendor ecosystems.
• Experience with POS, e-commerce, selling and logistics systems.
• Experience with test automation tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information systems or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Coordination of performance and security testing, including data masking and privacy controls.
• ISTQB / TMMi and SAFe / Agile certification.
