Job Description: SAP Senior Technical Consultant Developer

As an SAP Senior Technical Consultant Developer, you will work closely with technical and functional delivery teams to address various challenges daily. You must be technically proficient in SAP development, resilient, innovative, and engaging to guide your team in delivering optimal digital experiences for customers and supporting change management and solution delivery. Your responsibilities include identifying solution changes, developing ABAP enhancements, and working on SAP and ReadSoft products.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Understand user and process requirements to deliver high-quality solutions.
2. Analyze, design, and implement technical changes to SAP SD & FI (O2C & R2R).
3. Provide expertise in SAP FICO, SD, and C&B processes to support configuration and new solutions.
4. Support SAP Financials and Controlling, including ReadSoft products like Process Director and ReadSoft INVOICES.
5. Troubleshoot and resolve software issues, map business requirements, and develop high-quality deliverables.
6. Design, code, and modify complex ABAP programs.
7. Assist in S/4HANA and BTP developments, defining development guidelines.
8. Evaluate system interactions and impact of changes.
9. Determine whether requirements can be met through customization, development, or enhancements.
10. Define and execute test cases, support user acceptance testing.
11. Maintain SAP documentation in Solution Manager.
12. Support testing for new functionalities and create deployment documentation.
13. Ensure security practices are followed in all activities.

About You

• Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
• Deep experience with ABAP and SAP development tools.
• Proficiency in ABAP, data structures, interfacing, performance tuning, and SAP enhancements, especially on ABAP 7.50 stack.
• Understanding of Finance (FI) and/or Purchasing (PO) modules.
• Experience with S/4HANA and BTP developments.
• Optional experience with ReadSoft products, interfaces, and end-to-end SAP processes.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently on complex requirements.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Excellent facilitation, presentation, and influencing skills.
• High professional integrity and quality mindset.
