Formación

The Systems Architect will ensure the safe and effective operation of our SAP system, managing and monitoring changes, incidents, and compliance with relevant policies.

Your Role

• Supports the technical implementation of the SAP system landscape as it evolves (development, test, quality, and production environments) with in-depth knowledge of SAP technical areas.
• Designs, implements, monitors, and optimizes SAP landscapes and dependent technologies. Monitors and tunes system performance and workload. Manages and performs system refreshes; coordinates scheduling of refreshes as requested.
• Identifies needed system corrections / enhancements and recommends changes. Applies advanced system management principles, concepts, and techniques.
• Evaluates and recommends new hardware, software, tools, and utilities within the SAP environment. Understands the company’s current and future requirements and develops relevant solutions. Ensures solutions are implemented correctly and on time.
• Provides subject matter expertise in technical and process discussions.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Your Profile

Technical & Functional Skills

• Strong hands-on experience supporting SAP S / 4HANA, BW4HANA, HANA, BI, Solution Manager, GTS, GRC, MII, BO, and related technologies.
• Deep knowledge of multi-system landscape architecture and integration between heterogeneous system technologies (global focus preferred).
• Experience with SAP BTP and SaaS offerings such as Ariba, IBP, BAS, IrPA, Analytics Cloud, etc.
• Proficiency in SAP NetWeaver administration, including installation, upgrades, support packages, patches, and add-on components.
• HANA Administration and Business Suite on HANA administration experience is a plus.
• Production support experience is required.
• Experience supporting SAP S / 4HANA with any Enhancement Package level.
• Experience with Fiori and frontend servers.
• Supporting large SAP database implementations.
• Experience with Disaster Recovery, High Availability, and Archiving Solutions.

Soft Skills

• Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus.
• Proactive issue management and resolution in collaboration with in-house teams and third-party partners.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to work in a cross-functional matrix environment.

Educational requirement : BS or BA Degree in a relevant field with 10 years of relevant experience.
