Agrupa Global Talent is seeking an HR Systems Support professional in Barcelona to strengthen the international Support & Operations team, focusing on SAP HCM within HR systems.

You will troubleshoot with HR Keyusers and Business Solutions, manage incident tickets, collaborate with global teams, and sometimes train local departments. The role is hybrid in Barcelona with opportunities for career growth.

Formación

• University degree in IT or similar required.
• Professional experience in support tasks or IT projects.
• Experience with ticketing systems preferred.
• SAP HCM knowledge is a plus.
• Fluent in English and German.
• Strong analytical and process-optimization mindset.
• Enjoy working in an international team.
• ITIL knowledge is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Strengthen the client's international Support & Operations team in HR systems, especially SAP HCM.
• Support HR Keyusers and HR Business Solutions with troubleshooting.
• Prioritize, analyze, document and process incoming error tickets and service requests.
• Collaborate with internal/external development and specialist departments.
• Train local support departments with targeted sessions if needed.
• Continuously optimize support processes and operations.
• Handle proactive and reactive problem management to minimize disruptions in HR systems.
• Serve as service contact person for application support.

Your Tasks

• You strengthen our client's international team of Support & Operations department, especially in HR Systems, more specifically, in SAP HCM.
• You support the HR Keyusers and HR Business Solutions of our client with troubleshooting.
• You prioritize, analyze, document and process incoming error tickets and service requests.
• Your activities include close cooperation with specialist departments and the internal and external development departments.
• If necessary, you train the local support departments with specially created training sessions.
• Continuous optimization of the support processes and operations is one of the focus of your day- to- day.
• You handle proactive and reactive problem management to avoid long-term disruptions in HR Systems.
• You are the service contact person for application support

Job requirements

• Desired University degree in Information Technology or similar
• You have already professional experience in Support tasks or IT projects
• Ideally you have experience handling Support Ticketing Systems
• Knowledge in SAP HCM is nice to have
• Fluent English and German
• It motivates you when you familiarize yourself with new topics
• You are characterized by strong analytical skills, networked thinking, and an affinity with process optimization
• You enjoy working in an international team
• You are results oriented, and demonstrate a 'can-do' attitude - adaptability, flexibility and resourcefulness
• Knowledge in ITIL is a plus.
