JOB TITLE – SAP Supply Chain Data Specialist

LOCATION - Lisbon or Madrid

HOURS - 40 hours

ABOUT THE ROLE -

We have an exciting opportunity for an SAP Data Specialist to join our team. As an SAP Supply Chain Data Specialist, you will be responsible for the data migration tasks, learning the process and data requirements supporting manufacturing, logistics and planning areas under Supply Chain.

STG is implementing the SAP S/4HANA globally for all the entities, with an international project team. You will drive data migration tasks, while working closely with colleagues to monitor, manage and improve data quality going forward.

WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?

  • Defining data design/standards, policies, and procedures for supply chain data in SAP.
  • Leading data migration activities, supporting the business and driving requirements.
  • Monitoring data quality, performing root cause analyses, and driving remediation efforts.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders and teams to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
  • Managing data requests, changes, and periodic cleansing activities supporting the SAP implementation.
  • Providing guidance on data-related issues, resolving conflicts, and enforcing adherence to data policies.
  • Developing training materials and delivering training to data stewards and users.
  • Tracking and reporting on key data quality metrics.
  • Staying updated on data governance and reporting best practices.

WHAT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WILL BE REQUIRED?

  • 4+ years of experience in SAP data design/migration, data quality management, and data maintenance roles, with a focus on supply chain data.
  • Strong understanding of data and its importance in end-to-end processes, incl. reporting and analysis.
  • Knowledge of Supply Chain processes, including Planning, Manufacturing, Warehouse, and other related.
  • Familiarity with SAP system and data management practices.
  • Knowledge of data standards, data quality practices, data governance principles, and reporting standards.
  • Excellent communication skills, English proficiency, and training skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
