A leading company in technology consulting is looking for an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to configure and implement Time Management solutions. You will work closely with clients to gather business requirements, provide best practice recommendations, and mentor project team members. This role requires strong analytical skills and a hands-on approach to configuration, ensuring alignment with client needs while staying updated on new functionalities.

Formación

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementations.
• At least 1 year of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Time Management.
• Hands-on experience configuring Time Off, Time Sheet, and Time Tracking modules.

Responsibilities :

• Configure SAP SuccessFactors Time Management solutions to meet client needs, including the modules time tracking, time sheet, and time off.
• Conduct workshops with clients to gather business requirements and translate them into system configurations.
• Provide guidance and recommendations on best practices for time management processes and system configurations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP SuccessFactors Time Management modules as part of the application management support.
• Lead and mentor project team members, providing guidance, support, and knowledge transfer.
• Assist in pre-sales activities, including solution demonstrations, proposal preparation, and client presentations.
• Stay updated on the latest developments and enhancements in SAP SuccessFactors Time Management functionalities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementations, minimum of 1 year of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Time Management implementations.
• In-depth understanding of time management processes and best practices.
• Hands-on experience configuring SAP SuccessFactors Time Management modules, including Time Off, Time Sheet, and Time Tracking.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders.
• SAP SuccessFactors Time Management certification is desirable.
