• Several years of professional experience as an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant, focusing on Performance & Goals and Learning.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and translating business requirements into system solutions.
• Excellent consulting, analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer focus.
• Experience facilitating workshops and managing stakeholders across HR, IT and business functions.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• High English level (C1).

Responsabilidades

• Drive Digital Transformation: Advise and support HR stakeholders in end-to-end implementation, enhancement and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors Learning and Performance & Goals.
• Design Future-Oriented Solutions: Analyze business requirements and design scalable, cutting-edge solutions leveraging AI capabilities and emerging technologies.
• Hands-on Configuration & Enablement: Lead workshops, present best practices and configure Learning and Performance & Goals modules to elevate user experience.
• Take End-to-End Ownership: Assume full responsibility for your functional areas from day one and drive strategic initiatives.
• Lead Impactful Projects: Plan, manage and coordinate complex Talent Management system projects with HR, IT and external partners.

Your Responsibilities

• Drive Digital Transformation: Advise and support our HR stakeholders in the end-to-end implementation, enhancement and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors Learning and Performance & Goals.
• Design Future-Oriented Solutions: Analyze business requirements, challenge existing HR processes and design scalable, cutting-edge solutions—leveraging AI capabilities and emerging technologies to keep our systems ahead of the curve.
• Hands-on Configuration & Enablement: Lead workshops, present best practices and independently configure both the Learning and Performance & Goals modules to continuously elevate user experience, process efficiency and business value.
• Take End-to-End Ownership: Assume full responsibility for your dedicated functional areas from day one, drive strategic initiatives and actively shape the evolution of our global Talent & Learning technology landscape.
• Lead Impactful Projects: Plan, manage and coordinate complex Talent Management system projects in close, collaborative partnership with HR functions, business stakeholders, internal IT teams and external implementation partners.

Qualifications

• Several years of professional experience as an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant, with a strong focus on Performance & Goals and Learning
• Solid understanding of HR processes and experience translating business requirements into effective system solutions
• Strong consulting, analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset
• Experience facilitating workshops and managing stakeholders across HR, IT and business functions
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• High English level (C1)
