Formación

• Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en SAP HCM y nómina.
• Experiencia en países nórdicos será considerada una ventaja.

About the role:

At SDWORX, we are looking for a Senior SAP HCM Consultant to join our team. The objective will be to provide functional consulting and implementation services for clients and users.

Which tasks can you expect?

1. Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and transform them into effective SAP HCM solutions.
2. Work closely with other technical and business teams to ensure the effective integration of SAP HCM systems.
3. Actively participate in all project phases: specifications, analysis, parameterization, development, and testing.
4. Participate in the User Support Service (SAU) for clients.

What do you have to offer?

• We are seeking someone with solid knowledge in SAP HCM for at least 5 years.
• Demonstrable experience in payroll, with knowledge in any of the following countries: Sweden, Finland, Denmark, and Norway.
• Additionally, specific experience in EC, ECP, and PCC, and possessing SAP HCM certifications will be considered additional advantages.
• A high level of English is required.
