SAP SD Data Scientist

Position Snapshot:

Are you passionate about bridging the gap between technology and business? In this role, you will connect our IT team with stakeholders, including customers and consumers. You will be part of a diverse, multinational Product Team, translating business needs into practical IT solutions to enhance our services.

What You’ll Do:

1. Participate in meetings with our Community of Practice (COP) to share ideas and best practices.
2. Serve as a go-to expert for IT Customer Services on various projects.
3. Understand challenges and develop creative solutions using available technology.
4. Create documents outlining project needs and specifications.
5. Track project tasks and ensure progress.
6. Test new developments to ensure functionality.
7. Develop training materials and lead sessions to educate others about our applications.
8. Monitor support tickets to identify trends and resolve issues promptly.

What Will Make You a Great Fit?

• Strong curiosity about new tech developments like GenAI, ML, etc., with experience in Snowflake, Machine Learning, and AI.
• Proven knowledge of Customer Service (SAP SD).
• Experience working with diverse stakeholders in a matrix organization to gather requirements and translate them for technical teams.
• Solution-oriented mindset.

Bonus Points:

• Experience with KPIs and Reports from BW, especially SD and interaction areas with Physical Logistics. ECC BW design is a plus.
