Job summary

Next Ventures is seeking an experienced SAP Source-to-Pay (S2P) Lead to drive a S/4HANA transformation for a retail business in Barcelona. You will lead the S2P workstream, overseeing design, delivery and stakeholder alignment across procurement and supplier processes.

The role requires proven S2P leadership on S/4HANA projects, deep procurement knowledge within retail, and strong end-to-end process design, with onsite presence in Barcelona every two weeks.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading SAP S2P workstreams on S/4HANA transformation programmes.
• Strong knowledge of SAP procurement and purchasing processes, ideally within retail.
• Experience in end-to-end process design and business transformation.
• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.
• Willingness to work onsite in Barcelona every two weeks.

Responsibilities

• Lead the S2P workstream throughout the S/4HANA transformation, from design through implementation.
• Drive process design and optimisation across procurement, purchasing, supplier management and invoice processing.
• Work closely with business stakeholders and SAP functional teams to ensure alignment with business requirements.
• Oversee solution design, integration, testing and deployment activities.
• Manage workstream deliverables, risks, dependencies and stakeholder engagement.
