Job summary

Next Ventures is seeking an experienced SAP Source-to-Pay (S2P) Lead to support a major S/4HANA transformation in the retail sector. The role oversees the S2P workstream, guiding design and delivery across procurement and supplier processes, with onsite activity in Barcelona on a bi-weekly basis.

You will drive process design, stakeholder alignment, and ensure successful integration, testing and rollout of the transformed S2P solution. Strong leadership and SAP expertise are required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading SAP S2P workstreams on S/4HANA transformation programmes.
• Strong knowledge of SAP procurement and purchasing processes, ideally within retail.
• Experience in end-to-end process design, implementation and business transformation.

• Lead the S2P workstream throughout the S/4HANA transformation, from design through implementation.

SAP S2P Lead - S/4HANA Transformation

Location: Barcelona, Spain (onsite bi-weekly)

We are seeking an experienced SAP Source-to-Pay (S2P) Lead to support a major S/4HANA transformation programme for a retail business. The successful candidate will lead the S2P workstream, overseeing solution design and delivery across procurement and supplier-related processes.

• Must be available to work onsite in Barcelona every two weeks.
