Job summary

Next Ventures is seeking an experienced SAP Business Change Lead to support a major retail transformation in Spain. You will lead the business change workstream, ensuring the organisation, its people and processes are prepared for the SAP implementation.

You will develop the change management strategy, engage stakeholders, oversee communications and training, and collaborate with SAP teams to drive adoption while managing resistance to change across diverse user groups.

Qualifications

Proven experience as SAP Business Change Lead on large-scale transformation projects.
Retail sector experience is highly desirable.
Strong stakeholder management, communication and leadership skills.
Experience delivering change across complex business functions and user groups.
Fluent English; Spanish language skills would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

Develop and deliver the business change management strategy and plan.
Lead stakeholder engagement, impact assessments and change readiness activities.
Oversee communications, training and business adoption initiatives.
Work closely with SAP functional teams and business stakeholders to align change activities with project milestones.
Identify and manage resistance to change, ensuring a smooth transition to new systems and processes.
