Job summary

Criteo is seeking a strategic and hands-on Source to Pay Process Excellence Lead to drive optimization of the full S2P value chain. Based in Barcelona and reporting to the Head of Global Procurement, this role covers all procurement processes from intake to payment.

You will lead the Procure-to-Pay stream of Oracle Fusion ERP program, collaborate with Finance, and drive KPI-based improvements while guiding digitalization and tooling upgrades across the S2P landscape.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading procurement transformation initiatives, ideally in ERP programs.
• Strong understanding of upstream and downstream procurement processes.
• Strategic end-to-end process optimization with pragmatic planning and execution.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management from end user to executive level.
• Fluent in English; Spanish or French is a plus.
• Experience in global organizations and cross-functional collaboration.
• Familiar with Procuretech and GenAI-powered solutions.

Responsibilities

• Drive revamping of S2P tools and processes with automation and digitalization.
• Own the P2P stream within the ERP program (Oracle Fusion) and ensure delivery.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Finance Operations and Controlling to streamline workflows.
• Define and monitor KPIs to identify improvement opportunities.
• Lead change management and training for best practices adoption.
