Red Global is seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Data Migration Lead to drive planning and execution of data migration in a major S/4HANA transformation. Start Date: 1 September 2026; End Date: 31 May 2027. Working model: remote with occasional onsite in Barcelona.

The successful candidate will act as SME, coordinating offshore teams, defining migration strategies, managing risks and ensuring high-quality data migration into the SAP environment.

Formación

• 7+ years of SAP/data migration experience.
• Strong SAP BO Data Services (BODS) / SAP Data Services expertise.
• Proven experience delivering S/4HANA data migration projects.
• Experience leading offshore teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
• English B2+.
• Spanish-based candidate—ideally near BCN/Cataluña.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end data migration activities for an S/4HANA transformation.
• Develop and implement data migration strategies aligned with programme objectives.
• Provide expert-level knowledge of SAP BO Data Services (BODS).
• Work with SAP S/4HANA Migration Cockpit and related migration tools.
• Lead and coordinate offshore migration teams.
• Resolve complex data migration and technical issues.
• Manage migration risks, controls and data quality.
• Work closely with business and technical stakeholders.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the wider migration team.
• Identify opportunities to improve migration efficiency, accuracy and reliability.
