SAP S / 4HANA SCM PM - Brussels, BE (Near-Site) - European Commission

Duties & Role

• Leads project delivery from beginning to end;
• Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with management and stakeholders;
• Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents following the company’s standard.
• Draft and submit budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary as per defined process;
• Ensure that project meets its deliverables in agreed schedule, as per the scope, within stipulated budget and as per the quality standards.
• Effectively communicate project expectations to team lead and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
• Ensures project or service scope and deliverables are defined and agreed with all relevant parties.
• Liaise with client (SNCB / MNBS), IT Teams and the implementation partner on an ongoing basis.
• Diagnoses and evaluates potential risks and issues throughout the project and executes appropriate plans to mitigate them. Reports regularly to the Team Lead and Stakeholders with regard to risks.
• Be a key member of the overall Project Delivery Services Team.
• Ability to steer the solution towards clean core principles.

Skill, Knowledge & Experience

• Fluent in NL, FR and EN.
• 10 yr Experience in managing large SAP implementations in Supplychain.
• Proven Experience in different project management methodologies (PM² preferred).
• Proven Experience with IT management methodologies (ITIL, IT4IT).
• Proven Experience in participating in change management via ADKAR & SAP Activate methodologies.
• Functional knowledge of the capabilities in SAP S / 4HANA stockroom management and EWM.
• Knowledge about integration with Asset Management in a Rail & Mobility context.
• Expert in O365 applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Teams).
• 15+ years relevant experience with project management in the following domain : SAP SCM.
• Strong affinity with SAP and its complexity.
• Relevant experience and proven record in one of the following domains : Jira, ERP (SAP) and corporate Services, ServiceNow.
• Experience within Public Sector will also be considered an asset.
