Job summary

Mercor is seeking a Human Resources Expert for a fully remote contract to support AI training in HR tasks. The role requires deep HR experience, fluency in Spanish, and knowledge of Spanish payroll and labor law, with a 21-hour weekly commitment.

The contractor will train AI agents, build HR scenario workspaces, and collaborate with AI research teams to enhance task accuracy, operating asynchronously to meet project deadlines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in HR (business partnering, employee relations, compensation, or talent).
• Native or fluent in Spanish.
• Degree from a top-20 university in Spain.
• Knowledge of the Estatuto de los Trabajadores, collective agreements, Social Security, and Spanish payroll.
