Are you passionate about building next-generation SAP solutions from the ground up? We’re seeking a visionary leader to own Architecture & Development in our S / 4HANA Greenfield transformation. If you love innovation, strategy, and hands-on leadership , we want to meet you!

What you'll do

• Design & Implement Architecture : Create customized architecture concepts in an S / 4HANA environment, optimizing for performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Lead Development Tasks : Oversee end-to-end SAP development lifecycle—planning, controlling, and ensuring quality for complex SAP builds.
• Set Guidelines & Standards : Maintain and evolve developer guidelines , promoting best practices and consistency across teams.
• Optimize Business Processes : Collaborate with functional teams to analyze and continuously improve S / 4HANA processes, driving efficiency and integrity.
• Foster a Winning Culture : Build a goal-oriented, motivated team—provide clear vision, support, and leadership.

Who You Are

• Education & Experience : Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Business Informatics , or related field. 5+ years hands-on SAP experience (preferably S / 4HANA , BTP , Fiori ).
• Technical Mastery : High IT affinity , analytical mindset, and track record of independent work style . Experience with tools like Confluence, Jira , or other project management suites.
• Leadership & Communication : Comfortable leading cross-functional teams, coordinating stakeholders, and assertive in driving results.
• Innovative Problem-Solver : Ability to tackle complex issues creatively—adapting to new methodologies, frameworks, and technologies.
• Global Mindset : Fluent in English (German or another European language is a plus), open to international travel as needed.
