Jobtailor in Madrid, Spain seeks an experienced SAP programme manager to own platform governance, oversee BTP integrations, and coordinate cross‑functional delivery across multiple countries. You will manage vendor relationships, drive automation, and ensure regulatory compliance for e‑invoicing and data privacy.

The role requires strong leadership in fast-paced international environments, fluency in English, and a track record of SAP BTP integration delivery across ERP systems.

Formación

• 5+ years of SAP programme management, platform ownership, or technical administration.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• SAP certification is preferred (e.g. SAP Certified Application Associate, SAP BTP Integration Suite).
• Experience managing SAP BTP integrations and incident response.
• Experience with external SAP development vendors and multi-system integration.

Responsabilidades

• Own the SAP platform roadmap across all modules and workstreams.
• Manage the end-to-end change request (CR) pipeline.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for SAP across the business.
• Facilitate release planning and go-live coordination across workstreams.
• Identify and drive quick-win automation opportunities.
• Own the SAP BTP layer.
• Configure SAP-side connections to Salesforce, Workday, OneStream, and Dynamics 365.
• Oversee e-invoicing compliance across multiple countries.
• Perform root-cause analysis on SAP integration incidents and lead resolution.
• Act as the primary interface with external SAP vendors.
• Ensure every open CR has a named owner.
• Coordinate cross-workstream dependencies and sequencing.
• Contribute to IT cost visibility for SAP-related spend.
• Support audit, GDPR, and ISO 27001 compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary commercial and delivery interface with external SAP vendors
• Ensure every open CR has a named owner
• Coordinate cross-workstream dependencies and sequencing
• Contribute to IT cost visibility for SAP-related spend
• Support audit, GDPR, and ISO 27001 compliance requirements related to the SAP platform

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in SAP programme management, platform ownership, or technical administration
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
• SAP certification (e.g. SAP Certified Application Associate, SAP BTP Integration Suite) is preferred
• Proven track record managing SAP BTP integrations, including iFlow configuration, certificate lifecycle, and incident response
• Experience working with and governing external SAP development vendors
• Familiarity with adjacent enterprise systems (Salesforce, Workday, Dynamics 365, OneStream) at an integration-awareness level
• Background in multi-country SAP e-invoicing compliance is strongly preferred
• Experience in fast-paced, multi-entity international environments is an advantage
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.

Demonstrates expertise in SAP platform management, including SAP BTP integrations and compliance with e-invoicing regulations across multiple countries. Proven ability to coordinate cross-workstream dependencies and manage external vendor relationships effectively.
