Jobtailor seeks an experienced SAP Platform Owner/Programme Manager to lead the SAP roadmap and multi-workstream delivery from Madrid. You will coordinate CRs, release planning, and cross-functional interactions across Salesforce, Workday, and Dynamics 365 integrations.

The role requires 5+ years in SAP programme management, SAP BTP experience, and vendor governance. You will drive automation, ensure e-invoicing compliance across countries, and support GDPR/ISO 27001 requirements.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, business or related field.
• SAP Certification preferred.
• 5+ years in SAP programme management or platform ownership.
• Experience coordinating multi-workstream SAP delivery across stakeholders.
• Proven track record with SAP BTP integrations, iFlow, certificate lifecycle, and incident response.
• Experience governing external SAP development vendors.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Workday, Dynamics 365, OneStream integrations.
• Background in multi-country SAP e-invoicing compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary SAP contact for the business.
• Facilitate release planning and go-live coordination across workstreams.
• Identify and drive quick-win automation opportunities.
• Own the SAP BTP layer: iFlow configuration and maintenance.
• Manage SAP connections to Salesforce, Workday, OneStream, and Dynamics 365.
• Oversee multi-country e-invoicing compliance.
• Perform root-cause analysis on SAP integration incidents and lead resolution.
• Administer SAP platform: roles, authorizations, transports, and configuration.
• Interface with external SAP vendors as primary commercial/delivery contact.
• Ensure each CR has owner, module, priority and ETA.
• Coordinate cross-workstream dependencies and sequencing.
• Contribute to IT cost visibility for SAP-related spend.
• Support audit, GDPR, and ISO 27001 compliance related to SAP.

• Oversee e-invoicing compliance across multiple countries.
• Perform root-cause analysis on SAP integration incidents and lead resolution.
• Administer the SAP platform: user roles, authorizations, transport management, and system configuration.
• Act as the primary commercial and delivery interface with external SAP vendors.
• Ensure every open CR has a named owner, module assignment, priority, and ETA.
• Coordinate cross-workstream dependencies and sequencing.
• Contribute to IT cost visibility for SAP-related spend.
• Support audit, GDPR, and ISO 27001 compliance requirements related to the SAP platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• SAP certification (e.g. SAP Certified Application Associate, SAP BTP Integration Suite) is preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in SAP programme management, platform ownership, or technical administration.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate a multi-workstream SAP delivery programme across functional architects and business stakeholders.
• Proven track record managing SAP BTP integrations, including iFlow configuration, certificate lifecycle, and incident response.
• Experience working with and governing external SAP development vendors.
• Familiarity with adjacent enterprise systems (Salesforce, Workday, Dynamics 365, OneStream) at an integration-awareness level.
• Background in multi-country SAP e-invoicing compliance is strongly preferred.
