Jobtailor in Madrid is seeking an experienced SAP Programme Manager to own the SAP platform roadmap across all modules and lead cross-functional delivery across multiple workstreams. You will coordinate release planning, manage the CR pipeline, govern SAP BTP integrations, and serve as the primary SAP contact with business units and external vendors.

Ideal candidates will have multi-country e-invoicing compliance experience and a background in fast-paced, international environments.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/BA or related field.
• 5+ years in SAP programme management, platform ownership, or admin.
• Coordinate multi-workstream SAP delivery with architects and stakeholders.
• Proven track record governing SAP BTP integrations.
• Experience with external SAP development vendors.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Workday, Dynamics 365, OneStream.
• Background in multi-country SAP e-invoicing compliance is preferred.
• Experience in fast-paced, multi-entity international environments.

Responsabilidades

• Own the SAP platform roadmap across all modules and workstreams.
• Manage the end-to-end change request (CR) pipeline.

• Identify and drive quick-win automation opportunities.
• Own the SAP BTP layer: iFlow configuration and maintenance.
• Manage SAP connections to Salesforce, Workday, OneStream, and Dynamics 365.
• Oversee e-invoicing compliance across multiple countries.
• Perform root-cause analysis on SAP integration incidents.
• Administer the SAP platform: user roles, authorizations, and system configuration.
• Act as the primary commercial and delivery interface with external SAP vendors.
• Ensure every open CR has a named owner, module assignment, and ETA.
• Coordinate cross-workstream dependencies and sequencing.
• Contribute to IT cost visibility for SAP-related spend.
• Support audit, GDPR, and ISO 27001 compliance requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in SAP programme management, platform ownership, or technical administration
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate a multi-workstream SAP delivery programme across functional architects and business stakeholders
• Proven track record managing SAP BTP integrations
• Experience working with and governing external SAP development vendors
• Familiarity with adjacent enterprise systems (Salesforce, Workday, Dynamics 365, OneStream)
• Background in multi-country SAP e-invoicing compliance is strongly preferred
• Experience in fast-paced, multi-entity international environments
