Formación

• Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP project management.

We are currently looking for an energetic and passionate professional to fill the position of SAP Project Manager .

SAP Project Manager

The position holder will report to the Group IS Senior Manager and can be based in any of the cities we have presence, Athens, Madrid or Milan.

he position holder will be required to :

Oversee the end-to-end planning, execution, and successful delivery of SAP S / 4 HANA implementation project, ensuring alignment with business objectives, on-time implementation, and effective collaboration across departments and stakeholders.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Lead SAP S / 4 HANA project planning, defining scope, objectives, timelines, and resources.
• Manage day-to-day project activities, including tracking progress, identifying risks, and resolving issues.
• Coordinate internal teams and external consultants to ensure successful SAP implementations and enhancements.
• Act as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Ensure that SAP solutions meet functional requirements and are aligned with business processes.
• Oversee change management, user acceptance testing, training, and go-live support.
• Ensure adherence to project budgets, timelines, and quality standards.

PROFILE / SKILLS :

• University degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP project management
• Previous experience in managing S / 4 HANA Implementation projects.
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken); knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Deep understanding of SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD, PP, FI / CO) and integration across functions.
• Strong project management skills, ideally with PMP or similar certification.
• Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to lead teams and drive results in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, project management tools, and SAP platforms.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to support project delivery across sites.
