Kiteris is a young, agile company dedicated to providing IT project management and business processes analysis services, based on the delivery of excellence, the quality of our team, and the contribution of value through specialization and innovation. We are located in Spain and Portugal but serve different customers across Europe, the USA, and LATAM.

Over the past years, we have worked as E2E Business Processes Analysts and Consultants in close collaboration with the Enterprise PMO for a leading international client in the industrial sector. This client is based in Barcelona (Spain) and San Diego (California, USA), with offices and subsidiaries in more than 40 countries worldwide.

The client intends to expand its team by adding various business process consultants to support strategic projects and programs over the coming years, including M&A, integrations, business process unification and improvement, and ERP consolidation.

We are therefore seeking a senior SAP Business Processes Analysis expert (Industrial sector) based in the Barcelona area (Spain).

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead a team of business process consultants, each responsible for modeling and optimizing SAP processes (manufacturing, logistics, distribution, retail, sales, after-sales, etc.).
2. Lead user requirements gathering and functional design elaboration, including the development of main test cases.
3. Possess knowledge of SAP modules such as SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA, SAP Business Suite, and SAP Fiori.
4. Work within the client's EMEA Business Processes department, reporting to the EMEA General Manager, with interactions with key users and process owners.
5. Coordinate with Project Managers within the Enterprise PMO.
6. Collaborate with Core Business, support, IT departments, business stakeholders, and third parties.

Key Skills and Experience:

• Senior Engineer or similar qualification.
• MBA or EMBA is recommended.
• Residence in the province of Barcelona, working mainly on-site in Vallès Occidental.
• Native Spanish speaker.
• English proficiency at C1 level or higher.
• Over 2 years of experience in business departments within the industrial sector is valued.
• More than 10 years of experience in modeling and optimizing industrial business processes.
• Experience with SAP process modeling and requirements capture tools such as SAP Solution Manager, SAP BPM, and SAP Workflow.
• Experience with SAP BI systems like SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP BW/4HANA, and SAP BusinessObjects.
• Strong analytical skills and problem understanding through observation.
• Creativity in approach and solution development.
• Excellent communication and empathy skills to work effectively in international, multidisciplinary teams.
• Leadership skills without hierarchical authority.
• Experience in projects with digital or technological components.
• Experience presenting to CXO-level stakeholders in multinational companies.
• Ability to interpret financial data such as statements, margins, and forecasts.
• Methodical, rigorous, dedicated, and able to work under pressure.
• Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or similar) is a plus.
• Experience with agile project methodologies is an asset.
• High availability for travel, primarily within Europe.
