A leading consulting company is looking for an experienced SAP PPDS Consultant to support a Greenfield S/4 transformation project. This remote-based contract, starting soon, offers a chance to work on significant production planning tasks. Ideal candidates should have hands-on experience in SAP PPDS and APO Production Planning heuristics. Knowledge of the energy industry and Agile methodology is preferred.

Formación

• Hands-on experience in rollouts and support projects.
• Experience or knowledge about the energy industry.
• Handled 1 to 2 End to End implementations.

Responsabilidades

• Support Greenfield S/4 transformation project.
• Configuration and testing of APO Production Planning heuristics.
• Preparation of configuration documents and test scripts.

Masentó are working with a leading client based in Europe who are embarking on a Greenfield S/4 transformation project and they require an experienced SAP PPDS Consultant to support the programme.

This will be a remote based contract and our client would prefer someone based in the Spain/Portugal region on the off chance they need to travel to client site

It will be an initial 6 month contract with a view to extend for a further 12 months, starting in the coming weeks

Experience Required:

• Candidate must have SAP PPDS hands on experience in rollouts and support projects.
  Hands on experience of APO Production Planning heuristics - Configuration, testing, solution, functionality, and business processes.
• Knowledge of working on Production orders/Planned orders, Material Master, BOM, Routing, Work Center, Production Version.
• Experience or knowledge about energy industry, handling projects in Agile methodology and experience in S/4 HANA Embedded PPDS
  would be an added advantage. Candidate should have handled 1 to 2 End to End implementation

Deliverables:

• Hands on experience of APO Production Planning heuristics-(Configuration, testing, solutioning).Specifically MRP, Configurations such as planning board, DS board, Different profiles, PPDS Subcontracting process, Alerts configuration & monitoring.
• Knowledge and experience of master data distribution of work centres/Resources, production versions, PPMs, PDS, capacities, Time-streams, CIF-ing between ECC and APO.
• Knowledge of working on Production Orders/Planned orders, Material Master, BOM, Routing, Work Centres, Production Version. Material Planning using SAP MRP and LTP.
• Preparation of Configuration document, Unit Test & Integration Test Scripts, User Manuals.
