Jobtailor is seeking an experienced SAP Programme Manager to own the SAP platform roadmap across FICO, SD, and integration layers in a multi-country environment. You will coordinate with architects, business stakeholders, and external vendors to deliver changes and ensure compliant e-invoicing.

You will manage CR pipelines, release plans, UAT readiness, and cross-workstream dependencies, reporting to IT leadership and the Global IT Director.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, business administration, or related field; SAP certifications preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in SAP programme management, platform ownership, or technical administration across multiple SAP modules.
• Proven ability to coordinate multi-workstream SAP delivery with architects and business stakeholders.
• Experience with SAP BTP integrations, iFlow configuration, certificate lifecycle, and incident response.
• Experience governing external SAP vendors: SOW reviews, sprint facilitation, acceptance testing, and escalations.

Responsabilidades

• Own the SAP platform roadmap across modules and workstreams with FICO, SD, and integration teams.
• Manage end-to-end change request pipeline: intake, triage, prioritization, and delivery tracking.
• Serve as primary SAP contact translating business needs into platform decisions and delivery plans.
• Facilitate release planning and go-live coordination with UAT sign-off and cutover readiness.
• Identify quick-win automation opportunities with Integration Architect and n8n platform.
• Own SAP BTP layer: iFlow configuration, certificate rotations, and mTLS administration.
• Manage SAP-side connections to Salesforce, Workday, OneStream, and Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Oversee multi-country e-invoicing compliance and coordination with local teams and vendors.
• Perform root-cause analysis on SAP integration incidents and coordinate with architects.
• Administer SAP platform: roles, authorizations, transport management, and system config.
• Act as commercial/delivery interface with external SAP vendors (Globant): SOW review, sprint planning, escalation.
• Ensure CRs have owners, module assignment, priority, and ETA; monthly IT status updates.
• Coordinate cross-workstream dependencies and flag transport conflicts and data-flow risks.
• Support IT cost visibility for SAP licenses, BTP usage, and consulting.
• Support audit, GDPR, and ISO 27001 compliance related to SAP.
