Currently, we are looking for an SAP Planning to Manufacture (PTM) Business Analyst.

Main responsibility is providing solutions and enterprise enablement for the business on SAP PP and QM, with secondary expertise in Warehouse Management (WM). Module knowledge will include Production Planning, MRP, Quality, and Warehouse Management in a multinational company.

You will also be involved in the delivery of SAP project implementations in various regions, aligning with the Flowserve Global Business Process Standardization and corporate policies governance and statutory requirements.

Your role:

• Responsible for the Planning to Manufacture thread on our S4 program, focusing on the following SAP modules: PP (Production Planning) and QM (Quality Management).
• Responsible for functional and process quality of SAP and implementation/improvement project life cycles.
• Strong on global enterprise enablement.
• Work with SAP Consultants/Business Analysts and numerous regional and global business partners.
• Work closely with the production support team.

Your profile:

• Bachelor of Technology, Bachelor of Engineering, or Bachelor of Science required.
• Masters in a computer-related field is preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills required (in English).
• Critical problem-solving skills are a must.
• Working experience in a similar capacity for more than 5 years with at least 2-3 SAP implementation life cycles.
• Expert subject matter expert for Production Planning on S4.
• Expert subject matter expert for Quality on S4.
• Strong subject matter expert for Warehouse Management on S4.
• Knowledge of integration with SAP PS (Project Systems) is a plus.
• Capable of troubleshooting and providing quality problem resolution.
• Able to cope with multi-tasking assignments, with excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Working experience in the manufacturing industry will be an added advantage.
• Team player, responsive, and organized.
• Willing to travel when required, up to 25-50% domestic and/or international travel to any of the worldwide Flowserve sites.
