Formación

• 5+ years experience in SAP HCM Payroll, ECP, or similar systems.

At E-Frontiers we're looking for an SAP Payroll Consultant to help configure and support payroll systems using SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP). You’ll turn business needs into system solutions, manage payroll operations, and work closely with internal teams and partners to ensure smooth and compliant payroll processes.

What You’ll Do

• Act as the go-to expert for SAP SuccessFactors ECP (cloud payroll solution).
• Convert business needs into system setups and documentation.
• Manage system changes and configurations based on business updates.
• Investigate and resolve complex payroll issues.
• Support system upgrades, testing, and rollouts.
• Help define long-term payroll tech strategies aligned with business goals.
• Drive system optimization and automation for better performance.
• Work closely with business teams to understand needs and propose solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure secure and efficient system integrations.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years experience in SAP HCM Payroll, ECP, or similar systems like ADP / GlobalView.
• Strong knowledge of payroll processes (preferably for Ireland, UK, Portugal, or other EU countries).
• Good grasp of integrations between ECP, Employee Central, SAP ECC, and non-SAP tools.
• Proven ability to design and implement payroll solutions.
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of global employee lifecycle processes.
• Able to convert business needs into system configurations using best practices.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Team player, proactive, and capable of working independently.

Bonus Points

• Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors ECP configuration and sensitive data handling.
• Knowledge of payroll / time schema and rule modification.
• Experience with SAP Cloud Integration.
• SAP HR / ECP certification.
• Master's degree in Business Administration or IT.
