Strada Inc. in Granada, ES, is seeking an Italian Payroll, Senior Associate to support complex downstream post-payroll work, payroll event administration, and system upgrade testing.

You will collaborate with the Payroll Manager, coach junior staff, and ensure compliance across timekeeping, tax filing, and benefits interfaces while delivering excellent service to clients.

Formación

• 2-4 years relevant experience administering payroll in HR consulting, outsourcing or corporate environments.
• Strong understanding of inputs/outputs like timekeeping, tax filing/compliance, benefits and interfaces with payroll.
• Ability to identify and mitigate risks to service delivery.
• HRIS knowledge: Workday, SAP, or PeopleSoft knowledge preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Support the execution of complex transactional downstream post-payroll work: accounting reconciliation, legal reporting, payroll cycle checklists.
• Support the management of annual payroll events.
• Lead key aspects of system and application upgrade testing (HRSP, EMR).
• Coordinate Change Requests under guidance from the Senior Payroll Specialist or Payroll Manager.
