A leading company in the IT sector is seeking an SAP Payroll HCM Consultant to join their team in Spain. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and supporting SAP Payroll solutions, customizing payroll schemas, and collaborating with various teams to ensure the effective delivery of payroll processes. Formación

• More than 3-4 years of experience in SAP HCM consulting, specifically in SAP Payroll.
• Knowledge of payroll processes and labour legislation in Spain.
• Experience in SAP SuccessFactors integrations.

Responsabilidades

• Implementation, configuration and support of the SAP Payroll module.
• Parameterisation and adaptation of payroll schemes.
• Support and training for key users and HR teams.

Rol : SAP Payroll HCM Consultant

Key Responsibilities :

Implementation, configuration and support of the SAP Payroll module in clients from different sectors.

Parameterisation and adaptation of payroll schemes and rules.

Analysis and resolution of incidents in payroll processes and time management.

Collaboration in migration projects and SAP HCM version upgrades.

Interaction with business and IT teams to translate functional needs into technical solutions.

Support and training to key users and HR teams in the use of SAP Payroll.

Collaboration in the automation and improvement of processes related to payroll management.

The ideal candidate will have :

More than 3-4 years of experience in SAP HCM consulting, specifically in the SAP Payroll module (PY).

Experience in customising payroll schemas and rules in SAP.

Knowledge of payroll processes and labour legislation in Spain.

Experience in SAP HCM modules (PA, OM, PT) and integration with external systems.

Ability to analyse and resolve technical and functional incidents.

Experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll integrations.

Intermediate / advanced level of English (valuable for international projects).
