Ryanair Labs in Madrid is seeking an experienced SAP Payroll Functional Consultant focused on France Payroll to join our IT Labs team, supporting monthly payroll processing and issue resolution while ensuring French regulatory compliance.

You will configure SAP HCM Payroll and/or SuccessFactors ECP, manage DSN lifecycles and URSSAF reporting, and maintain master data to deliver accurate payroll results for France.

Formación

• 5+ years of SAP Payroll experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on France Payroll experience.
• Strong knowledge of DSN & B2A Manager, URSSAF Reporting, and French payroll regulations.

Responsabilidades

• France Payroll Support: monthly and year-end processing, issue resolution.
• Social Contributions & Tax: URSSAF reporting and payroll tax calculation.
• SAP Payroll Configuration: set up payroll schemas, PCRs, wage types, and related functions.
• Master Data: IT0064/social insurance and maternity/paternity processing as required.

SAP Payroll Functional Consultant - France Payroll

We are looking for an experienced SAP Payroll Functional Consultant with strong expertise in France Payroll, SAP HCM Payroll / SAP SuccessFactors ECP, statutory compliance, payroll configuration, and operational support. The consultant will support payroll processing, troubleshoot production issues, and ensure compliance with French payroll regulations.

Key Responsibilities

France Payroll Support

• Support monthly and year-end payroll processing.
• Resolve payroll issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Support payroll testing, statutory updates, and payroll reconciliations.
• Manage the complete DSN lifecycle, including monthly and event-based declarations.
• Handle DSN reporting for sick leave, maternity leave, and terminations.
• Monitor DSN transmissions through B2A Manager and manage CRM feedback files.
• Ensure compliance with French statutory reporting requirements.

Social Contributions & Tax

• Manage URSSAF reporting and social security contributions.
• Process CRM files and ensure accurate calculation of Net Imposable and payroll taxes.

SAP Payroll Configuration

Configure and maintain:

• Payroll Schemas
• PCRs
• Wage Types
• Features & Constants
• Payroll Functions & Operations

Support payroll enhancements, integrations, and statutory changes.

French Master Data Expertise

• IT0064 – Social Insurance (France): NIR management, Cadre/Non-Cadre processing, social contribution setup, PAS-related data.
• IT0080 – Maternity Protection: Support French maternity, paternity, and parental leave processing.

• 5+ years of SAP Payroll experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on France Payroll experience.

Strong knowledge of:

• DSN & B2A Manager
• PAS (Withholding Tax)
• URSSAF Reporting
• French Labor Law & Social Contributions
• SAP HCM Payroll and/or SuccessFactors ECP
• Payroll Schemas, PCRs, Wage Types, and PCC

Experience with payroll production support and statutory compliance.
