Ryanair Labs in Madrid is seeking an experienced SAP Payroll Functional Consultant with strong France Payroll expertise to join our digital & IT innovation hub. You will support monthly payroll processes, ensure statutory compliance, and partner with cross-functional teams to maintain accurate payroll data.

Responsibilities include DSN lifecycle management, URSSAF reporting, and payroll configuration using SAP HCM Payroll or SuccessFactors ECP.

Formación

• 5+ years of SAP Payroll experience.
• 3+ years of hands‑on France Payroll experience.

Responsabilidades

• France payroll support including monthly and year‑end processing.
• Troubleshoot payroll issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Manage DSN lifecycle and reporting for sick leave, maternity leave, and terminations.
• Handle URSSAF reporting and PAS withholding.
• Configure and maintain payroll schemas, PCRs, wage types, and features.
• Ensure accurate master data (NIR, SIRET, pénibilité) for payroll.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced SAP Payroll Functional Consultant with strong expertise in France Payroll, SAP HCM Payroll / SAP SuccessFactors ECP, statutory compliance, payroll configuration, and operational support. The consultant will support payroll processing, troubleshoot production issues, and ensure compliance with French payroll regulations.

Key Responsibilities

France Payroll Support

• Support monthly and year-end payroll processing.
• Resolve payroll issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Support payroll testing, statutory updates, and payroll reconciliations.

DSN (Déclaration Sociale Nominative)

• Manage the complete DSN lifecycle, including monthly and event-based declarations.
• Handle DSN reporting for sick leave, maternity leave, and terminations.
• Monitor DSN transmissions through B2A Manager and manage CRM feedback files.
• Ensure compliance with French statutory reporting requirements.

Social Contributions & Tax

• Manage URSSAF reporting and social security contributions.
• Support PAS (Prélèvement à la Source) income tax withholding.
• Process CRM files and ensure accurate calculation of Net Imposable and payroll taxes.

Support payroll enhancements, integrations, and statutory changes.

French Master Data Expertise

• IT0064 – Social Insurance (France): NIR management, Cadre/Non-Cadre processing, social contribution setup, PAS-related data.
• IT0217 – Contract Additional Information: PCS-ESE codes, SIRET assignments, DSN-required contract data, pénibilité factors.
• IT0080 – Maternity Protection: Support French maternity, paternity, and parental leave processing.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SAP Payroll experience.
• 3+ years of hands‑on France Payroll experience.

Strong Knowledge Of

• DSN & B2A Manager
• PAS (Withholding Tax)
• URSSAF Reporting
• French Labor Law & Social Contributions
• SAP HCM Payroll and/or SuccessFactors ECP
• Payroll Schemas, PCRs, Wage Types, and PCC

Experience with payroll production support and statutory compliance.
