Responsibilities

• Design and configure SAP Payroll solutions tailored to each client’s specific needs.
• Translate business requirements into efficient processes within SAP Payroll.
• Provide specialized technical and functional consulting in payroll and HR processes.
• Deliver training sessions and workshops to optimize end-user adoption of SAP tools.
• Hybrid working model: on-site presence two days per week to meet project needs, located in Madrid or the surrounding area.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience working with SAP HCM, specifically Spanish Payroll.
• Strong technical knowledge, with the ability to perform analysis and debugging of related processes and systems.
• A fluent level of English will be highly valued though not mandatory.
