Job Description:

DESCRIPTION: We are looking for an SAP O2C / P2P Business Solution Architect to join our EPAM team and engage in technology-driven activities. As an SAP Business Solution Architect, you will have the opportunity to work in a leading software engineering and IT consulting company. WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  1. Manage SAP pre-sale and implementation project governance and delivery, including business requirements adjustment, development, fit-gap analysis, process and organizational change, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
  2. Assess current customer solutions and identify opportunities for SAP solution implementation.
  3. Develop and adjust functional requirements for Order-to-Cash (O2C) / Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and identify related IT and business enablers from initial customer initiatives to final blueprint for SAP implementation.
  4. Support account planning activities to build the customer vision based on the solution scope.
  5. Drive architecture governance and methodologies to ensure consistency and effective communication across the O2C/P2P & SCM domain.
  6. Participate in the customer engagement lifecycle and serve as an integral member of the account team.
  7. Lead or support the development of target architecture & customer roadmap, maintaining alignment with SAP solutions.
  8. Proactively introduce innovative solutions to meet specific customer needs.
  9. Build strong customer relationships and support EPAM sales in detailed solution discovery discussions.
  10. Stay updated on O2C/P2P improvement trends and SAP portfolio solutions to develop customer roadmaps.
  11. Estimate work efforts related to O2C/P2P processes, organizational design, SAP technical configuration, and development.

WHAT YOU HAVE:

  • Ability to identify business opportunities and solution gaps in O2C/P2P and develop solutions to close these gaps.
  • Capability to present SAP features and innovations tailored to customer needs in the O2C/P2P domain.
  • Experience in business architecture development for O2C/P2P, with knowledge of related processes, SAP solutions, and delivery methodologies.
  • Understanding of SAP S/4HANA (SCM) functionalities.
  • High-level knowledge of sales forecasting, demand planning, S&OP, strategic sourcing, and distribution strategies.
  • Effective communication skills with customer IT and business teams.

NICE TO HAVE:

  • High-level understanding of various SAP products like SAP S/4HANA (SCM), SAP CAR, C4C, BTP, EWM, TM, SAP IBP, ARIBA, etc.
  • Knowledge of SFA and CRM processes, 4P framework, pricing strategies, Lean methodology, inventory reduction approaches, and sales process cycles.
  • Frameworks expertise: PMP, SAP Architectural and Design Thinking, TOGAF.
