Discover International is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead SAP EWM implementations for pharma operations. This role is fully remote with nearshore Europe responsibilities and oversight of multi-phase programs (€1M+).

You will drive planning, execution, and closure of SAP EWM projects, manage stakeholders across functions and vendors, and ensure GxP/GDP compliance with a pragmatic, agile/hybrid approach.

Formación

• 8+ years of SAP project management with end-to-end experience.
• Experience leading EWM implementation projects beyond basic exposure.
• Pharma/GMP warehouse operations experience required.
• Strong understanding of pharma regulatory environments (GxP, GDP).
• Direct, concise communication and track record with difficult stakeholders.
• Experience with Agile/Waterfall/hybrid methodologies; fluent English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead planning, execution, and closure of EWM implementation projects across scope, budget and timeline.
• Manage stakeholder communications across multiple departments and external partners.
• Oversee configuration, testing, and deployment of EWM solutions in compliance with GxP/GDP.
• Direct and mentor project teams; manage vendor relationships and budgets on multi-phase programs (€1M+).
