The candidate will consult on SAP GTS processes, support system improvements, and provide training. Ideal candidates will have a degree in a related field, strong SAP GTS understanding, and good communication skills. Formación

• Experience in SAP projects, including roles as a participant or (sub-) project lead.
• Willingness to travel approximately 10%.
• Programming skills are advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Consult the business by understanding processes, identifying issues, and recommending improvements in SAP GTS.
• Support migration projects from GTS 11.0 to SAP GTS E4H.
• Create and maintain process documentation, specifications, and training materials.

Conocimientos

Strong understanding of SAP Global Trade Services (GTS) business processes

Proven experience as an SAP GTS consultant

Excellent written and spoken English

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Good communication skills

Interest in innovative technologies

Educación

Degree in computer science, business informatics, business administration, or similar

Your tasks

• Consult the business by understanding processes, identifying issues, and recommending improvements in SAP GTS.
• Customize & configure the system in Compliance Management, Customs Management, Risk Management, and Electronic compliance.
• Identify and implement system improvements in collaboration with business departments.
• Support migration projects from GTS 11.0 to SAP GTS E4H in the GTS Migration to Edition4HANA project.
• Support key users and end users through training and troubleshooting.
• Create and maintain process documentation, specifications, and training materials.
• Stay updated on SAP technologies and recommend continuous improvements.

Your profile

• Degree in computer science, business informatics, business administration, or similar.
• Strong understanding of SAP Global Trade Services (GTS) business processes.
• Experience in SAP projects, including roles as a participant or (sub-) project lead.
• Proven experience as an SAP GTS consultant.
• Interest in innovative technologies.
• Proactive, structured, solution-oriented, with good communication skills and teamwork.
• Excellent written and spoken English; German skills are a plus.
• Willingness to travel approximately 10%.
• Understanding of SAP GTS interfaces like IDocs, BAPIs, and middleware.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Programming skills are advantageous.
