Formación

• At least 5+ years as a SAP HXM Application Management Consultant.
• Experience working with German-speaking clients from DACH.
• Fluency in English required; German preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage SAP HXM services, implementations, and configurations.
• Ensure compliance with payroll and HR regulations.
• Provide troubleshooting support and system enhancements.

Which tasks can you expect?

• SAP HXM Application Management Services, including change management, implementations and Configurations
• Configure and customize SAP HXM modules to align with client and business needs while optimizing system performance
• Regulatory Compliance & Best Practices – Ensure the system complies with legal, payroll and time, and HR regulations, staying updated on SAP HXM innovations and industry standards
• Support & Services – Provide support, troubleshoot issues and incidents, and work on system enhancements or upgrades
• Engage with senior stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions and provide subject matter expertise on SAP HXM best practices and industry trends

What do you have to offer?

• At least 5+ years as a SAP HXM Application Management Services Consultant
• Experience in working with German-speaking clients from DACH
• Fluent English is a must and preferable German language
