Overview

OSP Spain, now part of One.O, is seeking a professional with strong SAP permissions expertise to support SAP HCM and the transition to SuccessFactors. The role focuses on managing users and permissions, refining roles, and assisting with the integration of permission solutions across SAP HCM and SuccessFactors.

Responsibilities

• Manage and administer users & permissions in the SAP HCM system landscape.
• Refactor existing roles in preparation for the introduction of SuccessFactors.
• Support in building a permission solution in the new SuccessFactors environment and administer both SAP HCM and SuccessFactors regarding users and permissions.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability of SAP services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and optimize solutions for internal customers.
• Document system configurations, processes, and procedures for knowledge sharing.
• Join a cross-functional team with colleagues in Spain and Germany.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge in SAP permissions, especially for SAP HCM (ideally some experience with mapping in SuccessFactors).
• Experience with SAP HCM.
• Experience with roles and permissions in SAP Fiori.
• Agile mindset.
• Good English skills, written and spoken.

Nice to have

• SAP certificates in the field.
• Experience with surrounding SAP modules and tools (e.g., SAP HANA DB, H4S4, etc.).
