A leading international IT HR consulting firm is seeking a dynamic SAP HCM Spanish Payroll Consultant. This role, which can be performed remotely or in a hybrid setting, involves implementing HRIS solutions, integrating systems, and providing maintenance support. Ideal candidates will have at least 3 years of experience, fluent Spanish skills, and expertise in SAP HCM and Spanish payroll processes.

Formación

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience with Spanish payroll implementation or maintenance projects.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in all phases of implementing the HRIS solution.
• Integrate the latest version of the solution into the client's business processes.
• Respond to maintenance tickets for the solution.

Conocimientos

Fluent in Spanish

Proficient in English

Experience with Spanish payroll (PY-PG)

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated SAP HCM Spanish Payroll Consultant. This is a great opportunity with an international IT HR Consulting firm.

The role can be performed 100% remotely from anywhere in Spain or in a hybrid setting from major cities.

Responsibilities :

1. Participate in all phases of implementing the HRIS solution, translating client needs into deliverables, documentation, and presentations.
2. Integrate the latest version of the solution into the client's existing environment used in their business processes.
3. Respond to corrective, preventive, and evolutionary maintenance tickets for the solution.

Ideal candidate qualities :

• Fluent in Spanish and proficient in English.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience with Spanish payroll (PY-PG) implementation or maintenance projects and SAP HCM.
