A leading SAP recruitment agency is seeking a SAP HCM Spanish Payroll Consultant for a 12-month remote contract. The ideal candidate will have strong SAP HCM-Payroll customising experience and in-depth knowledge of the Spanish payroll process. The role includes the opportunity for flexible start dates and occasional trips to Madrid for project activities.

• Fluent in Spanish (minimum C1 level) is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of Spanish Payroll and SAP HCM-Payroll is essential.

• Fluent Spanish speaking for project collaboration.
• Potential trips for UATs and Go-Live processes.

SAP HCM Spanish Payroll Consultant - Spanish Speaking. 100% Remote. Flexible Start Date between June - September. 12 Month Contract.

Our client based in Madrid, Spain requires a fluent Spanish speaking SAP HCM-Payroll Consultant with knowledge of Spanish Payroll to work on a 12 month project focusing on configuration and customizing of the entire Spanish payroll process.

Requirements :

• Must have strong customising experience in SAP HCM-Payroll
• Must have strong knowledge of Spanish Payroll
• Must have the ability to take requirements, design and perform the integration of new HR developments in the SAP standard.

Nice to have but not mandatory :

• Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll is nice to have

Languages :

• Must be fluent in Spanish (minimum C1 level)

Start Date :

• The start date is very flexible. The client would ideally like someone to start ASAP. The latest possible start date would be the 1st September 2025
• 12 Month Contract

Work Load :

Remote Work :

• Up to 100% Remote Work possible
• The customer would ideally prefer 3-4 trips to Madrid for UATs, Go-Live, etc... Trips will last approximately 1 week. Travel expenses will be covered by the client - but 100% remote work is possible, if onsite travel is not possible.
